Hermann Goering, the Prussian Minister of Interior, issues a decree abolishing interdenominational schools and reintroducing religious education in all vocational schools.

This imposition of religious classes in vocational schooling is eagerly welcomed by German Catholic leaders who never liked having to share religious education with Protestants and who look forward to expanded Catholic education in a larger number of schools.
