Gestapo Files Report on Bavarian Priest Who Claims German Jews are Being Lied About

The Gestapo files a report about a priest in Bavaria who, in 1936, insisted during a sermon that many of the things being said about Jews in Germany were just lies. Reports like this are relatively rare; some priests in Germany do object to the Nazi treatment of and rhetoric about Jews. Unfortunately, there is little they can do because they have absolutely no support in this from their superiors in the episcopate.
